Void outside the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia and where prohibited. Employees, officers and directors of National Fluid Milk Processor Promotion Board ("Sponsor"), the players of the National Football League ("NFL") and their managers, agents and anyone else professionally associated with them, Weber Shandwick, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, and members of immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or those living in the same households, whether or not related, of each of the above, are not eligible to enter or win a prize. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on March 1, 2008 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address for the entire sweepstakes. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means may be void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. 4. Promotion Entities (as defined below) are not responsible for: late, lost, incomplete, inaccurate, corrupted, garbled, delayed, stolen, damaged, undelivered or misdirected entries (all of which are void); or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, wireless or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or malfunctions which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any sweepstakes-related materials. Promotion Entities are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or website, attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intend to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsor's representatives or who are otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant based on the e-mail address submitted, entry will be deemed submitted by the primary holder of the e-mail account and he/she must comply with these Official Rules. "Primary holder" is defined as the person assigned to an e-mail account by the entity responsible for assigning e-mail accounts for the domain name associated with the entry in question. 5. Potential winners will be selected at random on or about March 1, 2008 from all eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified within approximately two weeks of the random drawing by mail, telephone, cellular phone number and/or e-mail. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person and per e-mail address and per household for the entire Sweepstakes Period. If any potential winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, prize may, at Sponsor's discretion, be awarded in the name of the parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein. Potential winners (or, if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release (unless prohibited) within a time period specified by Sponsor. If documents required by Sponsor are not properly executed and returned within the period specified by Sponsor, a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternative winner selected. 6. ARV of hand-signed merchandise subject to fluctuation based on current market value at time of prize award. All federal, state and local taxes (if any) and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of each winner.
