Thank you for visiting bodybymilk.com, a website owned by the Milk Processor Education Program (Milk PEP). This privacy policy statement tells you how we collect information from you on this site "Milk" and how we use it. Using the Internet should be a fun experience and we want to help you make it so.

INFORMATION COLLECTED

Personal User Information: Milk occasionally collects and stores personal user information in connection with promotions and site features for www.bodybymilk.com. Whenever information of that kind is collected, Milk checks the ages of all site visitors before accepting information from them. No information is collected from guests under the age of 13 or from residents of the states of Alaska or Hawaii.

In some cases, we ask our website users to provide us with some personally-identifiable information, such as a name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number. While we do not require our users to register with our site, doing so enables you to customize your website experience and use features such as the Body by Milk auction and access exclusive content only available to registered users. Please note that no personally-identifiable information is collected unless you provide it voluntarily and knowingly.

Whenever you provide and Milk collects and stores such personal user information, information you provide will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent; however, Milk may share aggregate information about our visitors (for example, what percentages of our visitors are male and female) with advertisers, business partners, sponsors, and other third parties in order to customize the content of our site to deliver a better experience for our visitors.

Whether Milk collects personal information for complying with your requests or in connection with your participation in a promotion or for purposes of verifying your compliance with Milk policies and federal, state, and local laws, and/or for editorial and feedback solicitation purposes, we will collect only such information as is necessary for those purposes and nothing more.

Milk may disclose user information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) Milk's rights or property, other Milk users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. Here are the ways we collect personally-identifiable information.

Registration: We don't require you to register or provide personally-identifiable information to view our web site. However, to take full advantage of the site's content, you may choose to register on our site. In the registration process, we request certain information (such as your name and e-mail address) so we can provide you with the information you request and customize our communications with you. We may also use the registration information you provide for other purposes with your prior consent.

Contests, Sweepstakes and Games: Our site contains notices of contests, sweepstakes and games we are conducting, which you may enter electronically in some cases. We use the information you provide to conduct the promotion (for example, to contact you if you're a winner). Tell A Friend: We may give you the opportunity to tell your friends about features on our website. If you take advantage of our Tell a Friend option, we may ask you for your friends' and your first name and e-mail address. Questionnaires and Surveys: We may ask visitors to complete surveys and on-site polls about their attitudes and interests towards the Web site, our partners and their online experience to better understand the needs of site visitors. Non-Personal Information/Use of Cookies: We also may collect aggregate and non-personal information when you visit bodybymilk.com. Non-personal information is defined as information as information that does not relate to an individual site visitor or consumer. By collecting and analyzing this information, we learn how best to improve our website to meet the needs of site visitors. OPTING OUT
Information provided at the time of registration or submission from a guest who is 13 years of age or over may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by Milk. To keep you in control of your personal information and the communications directed to you, you may opt out of receiving communications from Milk about new features or services. If you object to such use for any reason, you may stop that use by e-mail request to milk@webershandwick.com.

POLICY FOR CHILDREN (INDIVIDUALS UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE)
Milk encourages parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to participate in the activities offered on the sites. Milk does not seek to collect such information from persons under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any such information to us, including registering for the online auction or site components that require registration. If you are the parent or guardian of a person under the age of 13 who has provided such information to us, please inform us through the Web site or address below and we will promptly remove such information from our database.

Guests under 13 years may participate in activities on our site that do not require registration, but we suggest all guests under 13 seek parental consent before providing any personal identifying information on our site.

POLICY FOR TEENS (INDIVIDUALS 13 TO 17 YEARS OF AGE)
Guests who are 13 to 17 years of age should seek parental consent before providing any personal identifying information on our site.

USE OF IP ADDRESSES
An IP address is a number that's automatically assigned to your computer whenever you're surfing the Web. Milk collects IP addresses for the purposes of system registration, to report aggregate information to our promotional partners, and to audit the use of our site.

When guests request pages from Milk sites, our servers log the guests' IP addresses.
